This site is dedicated to help you find a code of ethics GCCF registered

British Shorthair cat breeders and British Longhair cat breeders from

Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland.

You can select a breeders name from the list to check out their information,

contact the breeder(s) directly for information about their Cattery.  

Some breeders might not have kittens available at the moment, but will be happy to advise you of any future plans or any information you are looking for regarding the breed.

This site cannot be held responsible for any advertisements, so please carefully check out the breeder before purchasing your new companion.

Code of Ethics

​

​

*   Members must hold a GCCF Prefix

​

*   All kittens must be at least 13 weeks, be fully vaccinated and registered with the GCCF before going to their new homes.

​

*   Members must not sell and/or advertise on sites such as Pets4Homes, Gumtree, Preloved etc.....

​

*   Queens must be 12 months before being mated and there should be approximately 12 months between each litter the queen has.

​

*   Any queens visiting your stud must be registered on the Active Register.

​

*   Members should be actively showing.... Minimum 4 shows per year.

​

*.  Members must help in the re-homing of any cat they have bred.

​

*.  Members cats must have all the necessary DNA / Health tests appropriate to the breed.

​

Breeders must adhere to Code of Ethics before advertising on this site, failure to do so will be removed.
